RETURN ON THE 1st EDITION OF THE WEEK KREOL FOOD & RUM

The 1st edition of the “Kréol Food & Rum”, organized by the UMIH 972, was held from October 6th to 13th 2018, with the help of the agency Sable Noir.

Resulting from the grouping of several employers’ organizations, the UMIH 972 (chaired by Véronique Bidault des Chaumes) represents, defends and promotes independent professionals in the whole industry of hotel, restaurant, bar, cafe, brewery, the nightlife and seasonal professions, in all regions and departments of France.

The UMIH 972 was helped by the agency SABLE NOIR (chaired by Béatrice Fabignon) which is specialized in the organization of gastronomic events for the valorization of the culture, products and craftsmen of the Ultramarines Territories in France and abroad , in B to B.
