France - 1* starred Chef of the Restaurant « Une Table Au Sud » in Marseille

It is on January 1st, 2013, the day Marseille became European Capital of Culture that Lionel Lévy left the bar of the restaurant, A Table in the South to Ludovic and Karine Turac.

After experience working between some great Parisian restaurants (the Bristol and Guy Savoy, then the Hotel du Castelet) and the Top Chef competition, 26-year-old Ludovic Turac from Marseille joins his wife Karine, sommelier and Director of Rooms, to loudly wear the colors of one of the most beautiful tables of Marseille.

Many fish, chosen every morning on the Old Port under the watchful eyes of the elders, vegetables of Provence, meats of the Southern Alps and especially the love of work well executed.

He was the youngest starred chef in France.
