Sarah Sweeney studied culinary arts at Ashburton Chef Academy in Devon, England in 2013.
In 2015, she joined CARICOM’s Young Ambassadors sponsored program and the youth department of local economic and sports affairs for the promotion of young talents.
In 2017, his restaurant “Olveston House” was voted 3rd best restaurant in the Caribbean by the “USA Today” magazine. She enjoys experimenting and creating delicious dishes with seasonal foods for both resident and non-resident customers.
