Chief of the Caribbean to be invited to the New York “James Beard” Foundation in 2003 and the “Cordon Bleu School” in London, former head of “Dasheene” (Ladera Resort’s world famous restaurant in Soufriere, Saint Lucia), Orlando Satchell worked as a chef in Singapore, London and Moscow.

He now owns two restaurants in St Lucia, one in Soufriere and the other that opens soon in Rodney Bay. He has a unique style with “ti manje” meaning in Creole “small food”. Indeed, more than cooking, it is a real culinary experience that he shares with his guests, through delicious dishes prepared from fine and gourmet ingredients.
